Purchase and Delivery Arrangements
Products can be downloaded from the website once payment is approved and cleared. Payment is for one download only.
Service prices are for delivery in the state of Victoria Australia. Contact our office during normal business hours to arrange service delivery interstate or overseas. Purchase of services must be arranged by direct contact with our office during business hours.
Purchase Confirmation
Purchases of products from our web site will receive email confirmation of the purchase and a receipt for payment.
Purchase of services must be arranged directly through our office during normal business hours. Purchase of services will be confirmed by delivery of a service agreement and invoice to the purchaser.
Payment Options
Payment options are Visa or Mastercard.
Taxes
A goods and services tax of 10% in addition to the quoted price applies to all products and services and will be automatically applied to all sales.
Payment Rejection
Orders are not despatched until payment has been approved and cleared by your financial institution. If payment is not aproved or not cleared then the product or service will not be delivered. The onus is entirely on the purchaser to ensure approval and clearance of payment in order to receive the product or service selected.
Purchases Outside Australia
Our products are designed to meet Australian conditions and regulatory requirements and to be delivered in Australia. Purchasers from outside Australia are advised to contact our office during normal business hours to discuss the suitability of the products in other jurisdictions.
Refunds
Once the payment has been approved and cleared and the product downloaded there is no refund applicable. Review the product descrtiptions before purchasing to ensure the product is what you want. Contact our office during business hours or by email if you have any questions.
Licensing
The licensing arrangement for all products is that they are only for purchase by intending or registered Registered Training Organisations or CRICOS registered providers. Once purchased the product is only for use by the purchasing Registered Training Organisation or CRICOS registered provider in their business as a Registered Training Organisation or CRICOS registered provider. In these circumstances no further fees to be paid for continued use by the purchasing Registered Training Organisation or CRICOS registered provider. Products are purchased as they are at the time of sale. There is no intention to provide future updates of products as part of the original purchase agreement.
Warranty
Whilst these products have beed developed with due care and attention to RTO and CRICOS compliance requirements, and customised version have been tested in audit situations, there is no express or implied warranty that the products will pass audit scrutiny or not contain minor errors and omissions.
